EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Tickets

Payment plan tickets are available for those who wish to spread the cost of tickets across each month in the lead up to the festival. The first payment will come out of your bank account instantly, along with any booking and delivery fees, then each subsequent payment will follow on the 1st of the month until the festival takes place.

If your payment fails for any reason, please don’t worry, we will email you and let you know and give you the option to still make the payment.

You can cancel your payment plan at any time via your account or email, but unfortunately previous instalments cannot be refunded.

Due to the restrictions and size of the site, camping options are not available. However, The University of Nottingham has some fantastic value options just a short walk from the festival.  Book early to avoid disappointment.  Click here to find out more.

Online Purchase: To obtain the discount you will need to provide the Nottingham City Council Tax account number and postcode for the address that you live at.

The Council tax account number is an 8-digit number that can be found on your (or your parents / guardians) Council Tax bill. Simply enter the 8-digit number when prompted.

In applying for the Nottingham resident discount you consent to DHP (the promoter) sharing the Council tax account number with Nottingham City Council for the purposes of verification. Only valid Council Tax account numbers that are verified will receive the discount.

City Cards are no longer valid for receiving a Nottingham Resident discount.

Over the counter purchase: If you wish to purchase a Nottingham resident ticket at any of our over the counter ticket sales locations, please bring photo ID and a copy of the Council Tax bill or a similar utility bill that includes your proof of address and you will also receive the resident discount.

Tickets can be purchased over the counter at the Tourist Information Centre.

Yes! Any child of 11-17 years can attend Splendour with our cheaper Youth ticket option. If your child/children are 10 years old and under, you will need to "purchase" a free ticket for them.

All tickets purchased online will be sent as e-tickets via email upon full payment. Please make sure to download or take a screenshot of your tickets ahead of the event to speed up getting in!

If you pay Council Tax to Nottingham City Council, you are eligible for a 10% resident discount per ticket (for up to 6 tickets). Your Council Tax bill will be issued to your address from Nottingham City Council directly. If you live in a neighbouring area such as Gedling, Rushcliffe or Broxtowe Borough Councils (or further afield), you are not eligible for the Nottingham resident discount, you are still very welcome to attend the event by purchasing a non-discounted ticket.
